1. What will I get in my box?
Your box will include 7 miniatures based on a monthly theme. Plus you will receive sandtray prompts. At least 2 of the miniatures will be created by artists.
2. When will my first box arrive?
Boxes will be shipped in the middle of the month. We aim to ship on the 15th of each month (or the 16th if the 15th falls on a Sunday).
3. How much is it?
The service is $42 a month plus $10.00 for shipping domestically.
4. I live in the Austin area. Can I pick up my monthly box to avoid shipping costs?
No, logistically this is difficult and we are not offering this option.
5. When will I be billed?
You will be charged on the date you sign up and then recurring payments will be last day of month (for the next month's shipment).
6. Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, after you receive your first shipment. If there are ways we can improve, please email us at any time at marshallsminiatures@gmail.com.
7. What happens if I sign up after the last day of the month?
If you sign up by the 3rd at 7:00 Central Standard time, you will be included in that month's box. If you sign up after the 3rd at 7:00 CST, you will be included in the next month's delivery.

9. After I have subscribed, how do I change my credit card information?

10. Can I purchase a previous month's box?
Occasionally we have extra boxes or extra miniatures that were included in previous boxes. Simply search for subscription in our store and you will see what we have available.
